A space created by and for the experience of sunlight, this addition was proposed as a workshop for a regional textile artist. 

Creating an addition to a 70’s modernist home, we looked to the existing complex rooflines, the encroaching tree line of hickory and fir, and centrally – the solar path on the south side of the home.
